Alfa created for you a series of Masterclasses covering a wide range of cuisines around the world. Our chefs will guide you to the finest techniques as well as the preparation methods each cuisine requires. Looking to improve your cookery or pastry skills? Everyone can join the class all you need is PASSION & LOVE FOR COOKING AND BAKING!! Three hours hands-on class preparing a variety of recipes from our selected themed menus. The Masterclasses take place on Saturdays from 16:00 to 19:00 and there is a variety of sessions to choose throughout the year. Follow our Chefs and deliver a 3-course menu, teaching a variety of techniques as well as sharing valuable tips. There’ll be plenty of time afterwards to feast on your finished creations.
